Shipping Options

For your convenience, Product Blizzard offers three shipping options from FedEx—Ground, 2Day, and Standard Overnight. Shipping costs are calculated based on your package weight and destination. You can select your preferred method of delivery and review shipping costs after clicking on the Google Checkout button before completing your purchase.

FedEx Ground: Competitively priced service that provides reliable, day-definite delivery of your packages.

• Delivery Times 1–5 business days within the contiguous U.S.
  
• 3–7 business days to and from Alaska and Hawaii. Check transit times.
  
• Service Days Monday–Friday. Delivery is by the end of the business day. Delivery area available throughout all 50 states.
  
• Exceptions: FedEx Ground cannot deliver to P.O. boxes.

FedEx 2Day: A cost-saving choice when packages don't need overnight speed.

• By 4:30 p.m. in 2 business days to most areas (by 7 p.m. to residences).
  
• Service Days Monday–Friday, with Saturday service available in many areas for an additional charge. Delivery area available throughout all 50 states.
  
• Exceptions: Delivery to some rural areas of Alaska and Hawaii in 3 business days.
  

FedEx Standard Overnight: Provides an economical solution for next-business-day shipping with afternoon delivery.

• Next-business-day delivery by 3 p.m. to most U.S. addresses; by 4:30 p.m. to rural areas.
  
• Monday–Friday, with Saturday pickup available in many areas for an additional charge.
  
• Available throughout all 50 states to addresses where FedEx Priority Overnight® delivery commitment is by 10:30 a.m. or noon. Not available in all areas of Alaska and Hawaii.
  

NOTE: Wholesale/Bulk orders are shipped via FedEx Ground.

 

Free Shipping

All orders of $99 or more are eligible for free shipping via FedEx Ground. Be sure to select the Free Shipping option from the pulldown menu before finalizing your purchase. We cannot retroactively apply Free Shipping once your order has been placed.

NOTE: Wholesale/Bulk orders do not qualify for Free Shipping.

Shopping Cart and Checkout

The Product Blizzard website uses Google Checkout as a convenient, secure, easy-to-use shopping cart and transaction system. By taking advantage of Google's state-of-the-art security systems, Product Blizzard can offer one of the safest shopping experiences on the web.

Simply use your existing Google account, or create a new one, in order to process transactions quickly without the hassle of filling out cumbersome data forms everytime you shop. Google stores all your personal information safely and securely and processes your credit card transaction—Product Blizzard never sees your payment or personal information beyond what's required to ship you your purchases or provide order status updates.

When you click the "Add to Cart" buttons throughout the Product Blizzard website, items will placed in your shopping cart. The cart will display in the top-right corner of the page and contain all items you have selected during your session, including a running subtotal. You can remove items or change quantities at anytime. Clicking on the item in the cart will return you to the page where you added the item.

When you're ready to purchase, just click the familiar Google Checkout button in the shopping cart and you will be taken to Google's site to complete your order. Any shipping or tax charges related to your order will be calculated and displayed, and you can continue shopping, edit your order, or continue with the checkout process.

Billing Information

Your credit card will be charged by Google. "GOOGLE * Product Bliz" will appear by the charge on your credit card statement.

Returns

If you are a consumer, you can return a product for an exchange, replacement, or refund within 30 days of receiving your merchandise. Unless the product is damaged, we do not refund your original shipping or return shipping costs. All returned merchandise must be in original factory condition, including all accessories, packaging materials, inserts, manuals, and warranty cards (not filled-out). We will issue a credit to your credit card upon receiving and inspecting the returned product. Please allow eight weeks for your account to be credited.

Privacy

Product Blizzard only collects information necessary to ship your order and communicate with you regarding your order status. This information—name, address, email—is never sold or shared with anyone. You utilize the security of your existing Google account (or create a new one) each time you make a purchase with Product Blizzard.

For added security, we use Google's state-of-the-art checkout and transaction processing system. Product Blizzard does not see or store your credit card information.

If you choose, you can elect to mask your email address during checkout. Select the "Keep my email confidential" checkbox before completing your order and all communications will be filtered through Google's email masking system. Product Blizzard will not see your email address.
